Bigtom美國冰淇淋文化館

昨天和眾好友去總督看《神鬼奇航3》（其實我想看的是有帥帥老頭Al Pacino的Ocean's 13啊！！！），到了之後發現底下的Bigtom美國冰淇淋文化館開幕了，而且人還真多，於是當然要嚐嚐鮮囉。其實上次和Oleg來看Zodiac的時候就發現這家店要開幕了，還可惜了一下原來開在這裡的寵物店沒兩下就關門大吉了。




不過期待還是最美麗的，一試之下，覺得還是Haagen Dazs比較好吃一些。我點的是鐵板紅酒冰淇淋，冰淇淋底層是巧克力蛋糕，再放置在燒熱的鐵板淋上紅酒上，冰熱融合在一起的感覺頂奇妙的，可惜那塊鐵板太熱了，讓底層的蛋糕產生了焦味，而且我請服務生加了太多的紅酒，吃起來不太習慣。看來哈根目前還是穩坐我心目中的台灣冰淇淋第一名（我的最愛還是Ben & Jerry's，不過台灣買不到呀。），不過日後到總督應該還是會去解解饞，畢竟我愛死冰淇淋了。

Yi Cafe

This picture was taken in the Yi Cafe of Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel, Taipei. My friends and I went there for afternoon buffet yesterday. Going there on an impulse, we didn't make a reservation. When we arrived at the the hotel, we surprisingly noticed that there was already a long line outside Yi Cafe. I don't know that's because Yi Cafe's buffet is very famous in Taipei, or just beucase the people in Taipei like to go to an expensive restaurant on Sunday afternoons. Though the food is good, but not as good and as various as I expected. Maybe the buffet will be better at dinner time.

Last weekend, I took a tour to Hsinchu with my friends. This is the restaurant we had lunch that day. I went to a port later that day and joined in a celebration for Dragon boat festival. Pitty I forgot to recharge my battery of my camera.
